rhyme is a repetition of the same sound in two or more words. Usually they come at the end of lines in poems and songs. Eg. tower – power; king – sing

Discuss with your partner and pick out the rhyming words in the poem.

Read the poem aloud in pairs. Take turns to read the verses.
